I love the fall. The crisp air, the cozy colors, crafting and cute little couples walking around hand in hand. All this makes me want to drink hot chocolate, eat pumpkin pie and put on my warm, thick socks and hat and curl up.
I am looking into taking a crafty class of some sorts…i think that would be a great way to meet more people and keep motivated. I painted half my studio today, will paint the rest tomorrow. Tomorrow will be a very busy day as will the rest of the week. I don’t mind, but i really need to get some rainboots ASAP!

I think I have probably shared this video before, but I love it so much I wanted to share it again.
Love is such an amazing feeling. To be in love with your life, your animals or little ones, your partner and your bliss. It is so easy to get caught in the hum drums and forget to love…forget to live. Some people say “love is not enough”. I think love is everything. If you love and have love you can, be and do anything. Love is enough.

I get these Daily OM’s in my email daily. Just little bits of inspiration. I thought you might like this one…

The Law of Attraction
The law of attraction is surprisingly simple: Like attracts like. It becomes a bit more complicated when it comes to training our minds to think in ways that will bring what we desire into our lives. The term “self-fulfilling prophecy” describes the same law. This well-known term explains that we create the circumstances our mind dwells upon, whether positive or negative. So our goal is to practice consistent presence of mind to make sure our thoughts are always directed toward the positive and that which we want to create.
A key to the process is the word “frequency.” This is true for two reasons: 1) The frequency you use when you passionately dwell upon or revisit a thought, dream, desire or goal provides the energy your musings need for creation; and 2) just like a radio station broadcasts on a certain frequency, like the radio you must be “tuned in” to receive it. This means preparing for the arrival of your dream on every possible level—material, physical, and spiritual. You don’t have to know how it will come into your life, just trust that it will. Your job is to lay the groundwork, follow any leads you can find, and prepare for its arrival. This can mean cleaning out your garage to make space for a new car, taking a tour of a model home to get the feel of it in order to feed your fantasies, or thinking of what you want in a mate and then living up to that list yourself.
Just like with any skill, the law of attraction must be practiced. We must decide what makes us feel abundant, and use our imagination to create the feeling. It isn’t enough to just want something; you must use the power of your thoughts to attract it. A series of choices is what brings us everything in our lives right now, every moment. When we know the direction we want our choices to take us, it is as if we’ve placed an order with the universe. Then we can await its arrival with joyful anticipation. If we find ways to experience our dreams right now, we make creating joy a treasure hunt in which the seeking is just as much fun as the finding.

I used to see this possom outside my bedroom when I lived in Hollywood. He was the cutest little guy, but my dogs just didn’t want him there. Baby possoms are especially cute…

Anyways. The interview went great and on my way there I got a call for another interview somewhere else tomorrow. My second work interview with the first place is on Monday. So hopefully something will be decided by me or them in the next few days. I also printed out more resumes to go on foot, however… my mind has been spinning lately. Well, as much as it can. Today I probably feel worse than I have all week, so I am not getting too far with thought or being productive. However, I have some things to share with you later. But for now, I can’t even eat or think, so I am going to go rest with Ansli. Going out on the town will have to wait until tomorrow, but let me tell you downtown Portland is AWESOME!!! and with all the fall colors and leaves falling, I felt like I was in a movie, walking down the streets with my hot chocolate and hat. I can’t wait to go down there at night!

toodles.

This week has been the weirdest week. I refuse to get down, though. I am typing this with only my right hand as my left hand was caught in the middle of a squabble. As the day has progressed the pain has as well…even feeling nauseous from the pain and from not feeling well all week. EEK! I tried to be productive today by painting which didn’t last long and getting sally’s meds, but alas, the bed is calling. I am hoping to feel better tomorrow or at least not to hack the whole way through the interview. I really want this job, so wish me luck!! To celebrate my new job tomorrow (thinking positive), I might go out. Not sure where, Sadie is working but I want to meet people. This is my new home, so I want to make life long friends. I have a tendency to hibernate sometimes and I don’t want to fall into that right now. As much of a loner as I am, I need people in my life.

So I hope I am showing the universe this week that it doesn’t matter how much crap is thrown at me…i am a rock… I am successful… AND a yummy Wild succulent woman. hehe. ( I love Sark)
We are all a little weird and life’s a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.
